Direct Assurance, a subsidiary of the AXA Group, is the premier French insurer and one of the world leaders in the sector. Creator and leader in direct insurance, Direct Insurance offers solutions for car, motorcycle and home insurance.

In response to a new mode of remote purchasing insurance, Direct Assurance has set up a new mobile web strategic roadmap to restore overall consistency between all available services.

The project

In this instance Direct Assurance wanted support from a specialist partner, to help guide customers to the right services, from the scoping phase to updating and maintenance.


MyStudioFactory assisted Direct Assurance in the functional and technical framing of the solution, to develop a comprehensive and seamless digital ecosystem.

This ambitious project, approached via an AGILE methodology, required the construction of a robust and scalable foundation so as to be sustainable and to evolve over time.

Using a bespoke CMS, Direct Assurance directly drives the content and navigation of iOS and Android applications. At the same time, our ergonomists and designers have created a fluid, modern user experience to enhance customer satisfaction.


Via this application, Direct Assurance is alongside the client on iOS and Android at the key moments of his relationship with his insurer.

Within the scope of this first “milestone” are the policy agreement and the making / monitoring of a claim.

Major new features will arrive shortly, such as contract management and a fully-connected mode.
